Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern your use of The Podcast Engine (“the Service”), operated by BouttheB Technologies. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
The Service
The Podcast Engine turns a single recording into published content: it transcribes, edits, generates articles and clips, and publishes to the platforms you connect (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and podcast directories). We may change, add, or remove features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
Connected platforms
When you connect a third-party platform, you authorize us to act on your behalf through that platform’s API. You remain responsible for complying with each platform’s own terms and community guidelines, and you confirm you have the rights to publish the content you submit. We are not responsible for a platform changing or revoking API access.
Your content
You own the media you upload and the content we generate from it. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service and to publish on your behalf to the destinations you choose. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring it does not infringe others’ rights or violate any platform’s policies.
Acceptable use
- ·Do not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
- ·Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
- ·Do not use the Service to violate the terms of any connected platform.
Plans, trials, and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). New workspaces receive a free trial as described at sign-up. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that automated edits, transcripts, or publishes will be error-free, or that a third-party platform will accept any given upload.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BouttheB Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior twelve months.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. To delete your account or data, email support@thepodcastengine.com.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the date above. For any questions, contact support@thepodcastengine.com.
